It currently manages approximately 170 ASCs, which primarily perform gastrointestinal endoscopy, ophthalmology, orthopedics and ENT procedures. The company is led by CEO and President Christopher Holden, who has accelerated the company's growth and acquisition pace since his hiring. The company acquired more than 10 centers in 2009.
